I believe that having a clean, organized space creates a more happy, vibrant life. It gives you your time back and allows you to focus on more important things in life.

Michaele Tocco is a Professional Organizer, and the Owner & Founder of Michaele's Precise Planning, a Home Organizing business based in Michigan. Michaele's Precise Planning specializes in Restoring balance, and reducing stress for busy professionals and their families.

How I got started...

Born and raised in Michigan, my obsession for everything being neat and orderly started when I was a little girl. I was fixated on arranging dolls while other kids made mud pies. Sounds like a really fun kid, huh?

This obsession of mine transitioned into my adult life where I held a successful career in banking for 17 years in Organizational and Management positions. But guess what? My heart wasn't in it. In 2014, I began organizing and planning in my spare time for friends, family, and colleagues who felt overwhelmed in their spaces. The light bulb moment hit! This is what I was meant to do!

Fast forward to 2020, I decided that my love for helping people transform their lives through organization, far exceeded my love for banking. Without hesitation, I expanded my existing knowledge and passion by taking courses specializing in ADD/ADHD, Depression, and Chronic Disorganization, which has been helpful while working with clients struggling with these difficulties. That's how Michaele's Precise Planning was born!

I've helped countless families declutter and organize their spaces. I've even had the amazing opportunity to host seasons 3 & 4 of the home makeover show, 'Chaos to Calm'. From pantries to car barns, you name it, I've organized it. I am licensed, insured, and a proud member of NAPO. Now I spend everyday doing what I love, and that's helping other families create organized spaces that give them peace of mind!
